Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery

All orders ship via USPS. After processing, estimated delivery is 4-8 business days. Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days of the order date.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships. You can track your package at usps.com. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. Lunipur is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been transferred to USPS.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations around your property. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at support@lunipur.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

Lunipur is not responsible for packages reported lost or stolen after carrier-confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Lunipur is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you identify an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@lunipur.com as soon as possible and we will attempt to make the correction before the order is processed.
